Heat resistance: the operating temperature can reach 300℃;
Impact resistance: not as directional as honeycomb, nor as resilient as polymer materials, it is beneficial to absorb impact energy;
Permeability: The spheres are connected with porous aluminum holes, three-dimensional window opening, breathable and liquid;
Sound absorption performance: when the sound wave frequency is between 125-4000HZ, the sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.95, and the noise reduction coefficient is 0.48;
Thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity is about 1/400 of that of pure aluminum;
Electromagnetic shielding performance: when the electromagnetic wave frequency is between 2.6-18GHZ, the electromagnetic shielding capacity of the spherical porous aluminum can reach 60-90dB;
Resistivity: 100 times that of pure aluminum;
Corrosion resistance: good weather resistance, low moisture absorption, no aging, no toxicity.
The spherical porous aluminum bubble cabin is spherical and relatively regular. Small round holes are opened on the bulkhead to connect the spheres and open in 6 directions to avoid straight holes, which is conducive to sound absorption, filtration and sound attenuation. In practical applications, ideal application effects can be obtained through the design and process control of sphere size (diameter 3-13mm) wall hole size (diameter 0.5-4mm) hole wall thickness and plate thickness.
Spherical porous aluminum bulk density: 0.5-1.1g/cm3. The spherical porous aluminum substrate can be pure aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy and other aluminum alloy series.
